Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

2. Manuscript Structure:
- Include essential sections such as Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
- Clearly label figures and tables with corresponding captions.

3. Language:
- Submit your manuscript in English, adhering to standard academic writing conventions.

4. Length of Manuscript:
- Manuscripts typically range from 5,000 to 8,000 words, excluding references and supplementary material.
- Longer manuscripts may be considered based on the significance of the research.

5. Style and Citation:
- Follow the citation style specified, Common styles include APA, MLA, and Chicago.
- Ensure accurate and consistent citations throughout the manuscript.

6. Ethical Considerations:
- Include a statement affirming that the research adheres to ethical standards and guidelines.
- Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

7. Figures and Tables:
- Clearly present all figures and tables, ensuring they are relevant to the research.
- Provide high-resolution images for figures.

8. Submission Process:

- Prepare a cover letter briefly outlining the significance of your research and its alignment with the journal's scope.

9. Review Process:
- All submissions undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic quality and integrity.
- Authors can expect timely and constructive feedback from our esteemed panel of reviewers.

10. Accepted Manuscripts:
- Upon acceptance, authors will be required to provide a final version adhering to any recommendations made during the review process.
- Authors will also need to complete a Copyright Transfer Agreement form.
